Effective April 2009:
I retired in 2005 and began traveling extensively in 2007.
Since I am often not home to service orders, I could no longer print and sell
the indexes directly. I spent nearly a year trying to find someone who
would take over the index and continue it into the future. That search was
ultimately unsuccessful (but I'm still open to offers). After much
consideration and several changes of heart, I have decided to continue the
indexes, but with a revised update policy.

Turning Wheels Index will be available exclusively at www.lulu.com.
It will be available either as a printed book or as a downloaded pdf file. |

The update cycle will be extended and now will be biannual
(every two years). |

Volume 1 is complete. I have given it a more colorful
cover, but it will not otherwise be updated. |

Volume 2 now covers 1993 through 2009 and is also
complete. It will
not be updated. |

Volume 3 will be introduced in early 2012, containing the
index for the 2010 and 2011 issues. Thereafter, it will be reissued
every two years to accommodate new issues of the magazine. |

There will be no more annual supplements. |

There will be no more annual customer mailings. |

biannually. If it reaches something in excess of 125 pages, I may
consider a second volume, but that decision is for the future. |
